For us to ensure all orders are treated fairly and in a timely manner the following guidelines should prove helpful:

• Normal production time for standard products is 3 to 5 days, not including shipping time
• Orders will be processed the same day if received by 2:30pm PST
• Orders received after 2:30pm PST will be processed the following day

Should you require RUSH service for standard orders, we offer you two types:

1. $50.00 RUSH: 24 hour turnaround is guaranteed if your order and finalized art file is received by 2:30pm PST
2. $25.00 RUSH: 60 hour or less turnaround is guaranteed if your order and finalized art file is received by 2:30pm PST
